WHO ARE WE

My name is Steph and I am the founder of The Zen Project. Over the years, I tried to implement meditation into my life but always found it too hippy dippy for me.

I eventually connected with meditation in October 2017 and it changed my life.

Our lives are so busy that we can sometimes get a bit lost and a bit disconnected from ourselves. Meditation helped me re-centre and find myself again. Adding mindfulness to the mix really changed my perspective on life and has helped me live in the present moment.

After six months of regular meditation practice, I studied for a meditation diploma before creating The Zen Project.

WHAT ARE WE

The Zen Project is all about smashing the mirrors, clearing the smoke and getting down to the real nitty, gritty reality of meditation and mindfulness.

Meditation and mindfulness is something everyone can add into their life, no matter your lifestyle or available time, and it doesn’t have to be as airy fairy as it is often made out to be. It’s time to remove the unicorns and rainbows and get real.

The Zen Project is about understanding ourselves and connecting with the real world NOW.

It’s about living a glass half full kind of life and making the most of the time we have.

It’s about looking after our mental wellbeing and connecting with ourselves.

The most important relationship you will ever have is the one you have with yourself.

WHAT WE DO

The Zen Project produces inspirational content to help you look at life differently and meditation courses to train you to live in the present.

We go back to the core foundation and focus on the basics bringing a new voice to ancient practices.
